HOW WE WORK:

BUILDING YOUR CLIENT PORTAL

STAGE 1: DISCOVERY CALL

First, we gather all the information about you and your business. We learn about all the specific products and services you provide, your business goals, your target market, your aesthetic preferences, the likely aesthetic preferences of your target market, what actions you want your visitors to take and what you want your portal to do.

STEP 2: DESIGN / DEVELOPMENT

After recommending the best plan suited for your business, we will help you setup your account. Once your account is setup, we will begin building on our side and assign you a couple tasks to complete the portal setup on your end. We will take all the materials you have given us, invoice examples, proposals, forms, CRM contacts and add them into the portal for you. We will design a homepage that guides your user through a seamless experience.

STAGE 3: ONBOARDING YOU

Once the portal contains all the information needed for your business, we will begin onboarding you. We make sure you understand how to use the new portal and all it's functions & features. We will provide walkthrough guides and hop on call with you if needed to complete setups.

STAGE 4: LAUNCH

Your portal is complete! At this stage, your portal has everything it needs to operate from day-to-day, now it's all up to you. We will make sure everything is running smoothly and Leef Designs will conduct user-testing to ensure the quality.
