1) Do you require a minimum product order for printing jobs?
No. There are no minimums for standard printing jobs. For custom work, there could be product minimums depending on the project.
2) How do I track the status of my order?
We’ll send you a confirmation email once you’ve placed your order. We can provide you with a tracking number for your order if requested.
3) Can I change my order?
You can change your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, we’re sorry, but we can’t change your order. To make changes, email us at info@leefdesigns.ca and include your order number.
4) Where do you ship orders?
We can ship orders across Canada and the U.S. Standard shipping times apply.
5) Do you ship internationally?
I’m sorry, but at this time, we aren’t able to ship orders outside of Canada or the U.S.
6) Do you offer rush shipping?
If you require rush shipping, send us an email at info@leefdesigns.ca.
7) What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
8) Can I exchange my order?
We’re sorry, but we can’t exchange customized orders.
9) Can I return my order?
You can return your order within 14 business days after the product is delivered. After 14 business days, we’re sorry, but we can no longer refund your order. For returns and refunds, please email us at info@leefdesigns.ca with your order number and photos of the product.
10) How long does it take to process a return?
It can from 7 - 14 business days to process a return.
11) Are your drinkware products dishwasher safe?
Some of our drinkware products are dishwasher safe, which we indicate in the product description. The permanent vinyl we use for printing is also dishwasher durable, but we still recommend handwashing as not all dishwashers are created equal.
12) Are your apparel products machine washable?
Some of our apparel products are machine washable, which we indicate in the product description. The permanent vinyl we use for printing is also machine washable, but we still recommend handwashing to preserve the life of your design.
13) Can I really supply my own product for you to print on? How does that work?
You can definitely supply us with the products you want to print on! If you have a favourite brand or don’t see the item you’re looking for in our shop, we’re happy for you to supply your own. Email us at info@leefdesigns.ca to tell us about your order, and we’ll set up a call to discuss the details.
14) What’s the benefit of printing with vinyl decals?
We use heat-transfer vinyl for all of our printing jobs. We chose this material because it’s durable, captures crisp design details and colours, doesn’t smudge or bleed, and gives a great final look on a range of products.
